changes made:

general: loses damage potential over distance, realistic clip sizes, limited character penetration at any range for shotguns and hunting rifle, realistic firing speed(m4 and rescripted .45 acp uzi)

shotguns: slower reloading, recoil punch now downward

pumpshotgun: 50 dmg/pellet; 6 pellets, 2 penetration layers max

smg: secondary weapon, 40 damage, hollow-point .45 acp concept, no 2nd layer penetration, can't be used when down.

pistol: 30 damage, limited ammo(same as SMG ammo), same concept as smg(hollow point ammo)

autoshotgun: 250 damage, foster slug concept, 4 layers max penetration

rifle: added penetration, 35 dmg

hunting rifle: limited character penetration, less range, reduced damage over distance traveled by bullet, more accurate when moving

resulting/consequential bugs:

{bot behavior problem, unfixable(?)}: pistol/uzi constant swapping for bots(funny at first coz they spin and drop the weapons constantly, but gets annoying overtime).

{ammo pickup problem, unfixable(?)}: must pick up ammo for secondaries from weapon spawn of same kind

other notes: smg was very difficult to balance with the rifle, so I made it a secondary instead. made it much more valuable
