K, hi guys! I haven't played L4D ever since I got windows 7. Now that I got windows 7 i'm having problems with mods. I get this error http://tinypic.com/r/iz5krl/7

To all people who are having trouble with this skin go to http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NL24ON35 and download the file, my friend already did everything and put it into that file, so you can still stay on this site and download this skin and figure how to fix it on your own, or go download my friends file, good luck, and have fun.
